  • Condition of Goods: To qualify for a refund, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
  • Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

2. Non-Refundable Items

  • Custom-made or personalized items are not eligible for a refund.
  • Sale items can only be exchanged or returned for store credit.

3. Refund Process

4. Inspection of Returned Goods

  • Upon receiving your return, we will inspect the item and notify you of the receipt and status of your refund.

5. Approved Refunds

  • If your return is approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.
  • The refund will be processed within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

6. Shipping Costs for Returns

  • Customers are responsible for the shipping costs of returning the item. These costs are non-refundable.
  • If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from it.

7. Exchanges

  • If an exchange is needed, either for size or color, please inform us, and we will facilitate the process.
