- Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
2. Non-Refundable Items
- Custom-made or personalized items are not eligible for a refund.
- Sale items can only be exchanged or returned for store credit.

4. Inspection of Returned Goods
- Upon receiving your return, we will inspect the item and notify you of the receipt and status of your refund.

6. Shipping Costs for Returns
- Customers are responsible for the shipping costs of returning the item. These costs are non-refundable.
- If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from it.
